What was the highlight of Leptos Panorama Hotel
A nice hotel but needs an upgrade
The staff were lovely, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was spotless. The wifi was also great!
While the pros outweigh any cons, this is not a 5-star hotel and the photos look quite a bit different from the reality. The hotel rooms definitely need a face lift - there was a block of timber keeping our bath level. Most of the equipment in the gym did not work. And while there was a wide variety of food at the buffet each day, there wasn’t much available for vegans. Even the salads at the salad bar almost always had some type of dairy mixed in.

The staff made all the difference. Especially the porter and the restaurant staff.
Loved the staff. So friendly, accommodating and helpful. Also loved the buffet restaurant. Amazing variety and freshness. The pool area and view was awesome.
The rooms were a bit outdated, although well maintained. Also, the rooms were not so well insulated, so the noise from the outside was quite audible. Chaotic scenes at outdoor restaurant when bad weather. Seemed like there was a lack of contingency plans when rain made it difficult to use the buffet restaurant with outside dining.
