friendly and very helpful staff, nice pool area in the executive wing, the food quality was medium,

rude staff, old hotel in need of a reno but value for money
the pool area was nice, the restaurant furniture was modern and nice. hotel was good value for the money paid overall
the staff were awful. i had asked the hotel to book a van to pick us up from the airport as we couldn’t get one (5 ppl with luggage), as they were normal cars. hotel said they organised yet the car never showed at the airport, we waited 30 mins and just got in 2 taxis from the rank as we were tired at 1:15am waiting. arrived at hotel and the front desk man greeted me by yelling at me for getting in the wrong taxi telling me that I am going to have to pay for the taxi (which was a no show), because he is now going to lose face for ordering the taxi and us not taking it, even though it was never there. no greeting after our long flight, no appreciation for us being exhausted, just a rude grumpy man who made me spend 10 mins checking in online DIY by inputting our passport details, whilst completely worn out from flying so long. rooms are old and need a renovation but are clean. the hotel is cheap, but good value. all staff are extremely rude and make u feel that it’s a hassle to serve you, especially the male staff. food is okay for the money, all Inc is good value even if only for the drinks. we got sick of the food so ate out for dinner but had lunch at the hotel. Being frequent Bali/Thailand/SE Asia travellers it was a shock to be treated so poorly in europe, however we figure they just don’t care about being kind or helpful since there’s plenty of other tourists ready to take our spot. the level of luxury in the resorts in general and food quality is very poor compared to the food we are used to, however it was adequate.

Relaxing hotel with great views.
The lobby and restaurant facilities, pool areas and a gym where excellent. Food themes for different days in the restaurant.
There were no services near the hotel area, so there was use for the rental car.
